Where is El Valle de Antón?
Population: ~6,000 people
One of the only inhabited active volcanoes in the world, El Valle is tropically lush and refreshingly jungly.
It’s also where Jules and Gianni started flirting, where Gianni asked Jules’ mom if he could marry her, and where Jules’ family grew up going.
Temperatures in January tend to range from 20 to 28 Celcius // 70-80 Farenheit. Often very breezy conditions, sunny with the ocasional rainy day.
Expect local crafts, beautiful views, mountainous oxygen, and sporadic dirt roads.
